Shipping Policy for Lustrous Bauble US

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Lustrous Bauble US. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff: Place your order by Monday-Wednesday before 11 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST) for same-day shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for processing during peak times.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $175 qualify for free 2-3 day shipping, available Monday-Wednesday.
  • Non-Shipping Days: Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected.

IMPORTANT: To maintain freshness, we ship all juices to arrive within 72 hours. If you order after 11:00 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST) on Wednesday, your order will ship on Monday.

Minimum Purchase Requirements: A minimum of 6 bottles of juices, mylks, or lemonades, or 12 shots is required. If your order does not meet these requirements, our customer service team will attempt to reach you for an update. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed to cancel your order.

For Friday or Saturday delivery, please select the Overnight shipping option. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST) on Thursday and/or Friday to receive overnight shipping.

We ship via UPS to ensure your juices arrive fresh and cold within 1-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to UPS delays, weather, or other exceptions.

Delayed Orders

We strive to ensure your juices arrive fresh and quickly; however, we cannot control carrier delays. If your item is delayed, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Delayed Item (Juice Arrives Warm)

If an item arrives warm, please notify us within 6 hours of receipt. You must provide photos of the juices for warranty. Email us at [email protected] with images of your product. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Delayed Item (Juice Arrives Cold)

If your juice arrives cold, we cannot offer discounts or refunds.

High Volume

During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Processing Times

Most orders received before 11 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST) will ship the same day. Please allow 1-2 additional days during peak times.

Overnight delivery is available only for addresses within the continental United States. We do not offer free shipping outside of this area. All orders to maintain freshness require a guaranteed/tracking delivery service. Various shipping options will be available at checkout.

Delivery delays can occur, and we cannot replace or refund items due to shipping delays. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection for all orders. Any delays due to UPS must be claimed directly with the carrier by contacting UPS at 800-742-5877 or visiting www.ups.com.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please enter your address at checkout to check the availability of shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Fees, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lustrous Bauble US is not responsible for any additional fees, including shipping, customs, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lustrous Bauble US is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 or file a claim at www.ups.com. We cannot offer refunds for perishable items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. Remember to take photos and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delay

Lustrous Bauble US is not liable for any products delayed during shipping. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection with all orders at checkout. If your order arrives late, please file a claim with Route at www.claims.route.com. If you have not purchased Route Package Protection, please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 or www.ups.com to file a claim. We cannot offer refunds for perishable items.
