Easy Return Policy

We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. You may ship with whichever carrier of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be approved; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a return. We cannot accept any final sale items.

Be sure to include your order number and full name in the package.

Important: Use a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Keep a record of your return tracking number, as we will request it if you’d like us to check the status of your return.

Return Guidelines

  • Sale, Clearance, and Discount Code Items: All final sale.
  • Regular Price Items: Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition with all tags attached may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the purchase. All returns must be approved; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a return. We cannot accept any final sale items.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send a confirmation of refund or credit.

  • Items returned after the 14-day mark will be processed as store credit.

We kindly ask that you please allow up to 7 – 14 business days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your package. This does not include nights, weekends, and holidays. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment provided at checkout.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different size or item, a new order will need to be placed.

Holiday Return Policy

Any gift items purchased between November 23 – December 24 can be returned for store credit. You can request store credit up until January 7th.

Price Adjustment Policy for Lustrous Bauble US

We are happy to offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot price match during our Holiday, End of Year Sale, or Clearance sales for purchases made before the sale as prices may vary by day.
  • Price adjustments for merchandise can only be made within 48 hours of your purchase. You must contact our customer service via email or phone within 48 hours of your purchase to request a price adjustment.
  • You must present us with the discount/promo code that applies to the price adjustment you are requesting.
  • The item must be at regular price and not a Clearance markdown.
  • The item must not have been purchased with any other discount or promo code.
  • Refund adjustments will only be issued as store credit for the price difference amount.
